We cannot say enough about the professional and pleasant gentlemen that helped us in a very worrisome situation. My wife contacted Discount Tire and spoke to Steve who was so helpful, we had a tire blowout on our travel trailer on the highway 30 miles from there shop. When we arrived Steve met me and was so friendly and alot of empathy for our situation. The young man that changed our tires Dallas was very professional and friendly. The owner should be proud to have these employees. Thank you and highly recommended. Darren and Diane Nason

I brought my truck in for a front-end alignment after replacing the upper control arms and ball joints the night before. I paid $95 for an alignment, but when I picked it up and reviewed the alignment printout, it was obvious the camber hadn’t been adjusted. The before and after measurements are essentially identical for camber, while only the toe was adjusted. I went back and asked them to recheck it. I was told the camber bolts were seized to the frame and couldn’t be adjusted. That explanation is simply not accurate. I had those exact bolts completely removed the day before during the repair and applied anti-seize before reinstalling them. They pulled the truck back into the shop and came back with the same explanation instead of correcting the alignment. The attached alignment printout speaks for itself. The camber remained at 0.9° on the left and 2.1° on the right before and after the alignment. The attached photo also shows the noticeable lean of the passenger-side front wheel. It’s hard to capture in a picture, but it’s very noticeable in person. I understand that sometimes suspension parts are genuinely seized, especially on a 20 year old truck, but that wasn’t the case

Went in at noon & they were busy. Manager said that he could take care of me if I returned at 3. Sure enough they could take me at 3. Told Jeff that one tire keep on losing about 4 lbs of pressure & then no more. He thought I might have a nail in it & sure enough on small nail. They removed the nail & patched the tire. Took less than an hour and NO CHARGE. All the team members that I met seemed nice. Great place.

I recently visited the Discount Tire in Eau Claire, WI and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was particularly impressed with the management at this location. They clearly run a tight ship and it shows in the professionalism and dedication of the entire team. I felt like they truly cared about my experience and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Overall, I would highly recommend the Eau Claire Discount Tire to anyone in need of tire service. Mixed experiences in this store. The wipers they install are terrible and the driver's side wiper flew off the windshield in a rain storm. Some employees are friendly and don't try to extort the maximum amount of money after you give them a budget. Others are freaking sharks. The people that work in the back are very friendly though. Update: the manager reached out and really changed my mind on this place., so I came back and ordered a set of new wheels and tires that fit my budget. There was an issue with the rims being on backorder, but Zach was an awesome resource and really saved the day and solved the issue quickly and very much to my benefit. The kind of service I received on this interaction will make me a DT customer for life. Very friendly and courteous staff in this location. Thank you gentlemen!
